Asia'h Epperson Week 1

We follow the last instalment Asia'h Epperson Audition, with a continuation of the brief history of the amazing Asia'h Epperson's contribution to American Idol.

After the harrowing audition in front of the judges of American Idol, where she so impressed the normally hardassed Simon Cowell that he told her, when she halted with emotion, that he'd heard enough and that she was through into the first round of the contest, Asia'h Epperson said in an interview that she was living the dream that her dad had and that she would be certain he'd be there with her on stage all the way.

Asia'h Epperson sang an incredible cover of the old Janis Joplin song, "Piece of My Heart," for the Week 1 episode of American Idol. Her husky voice and overflowing emotion and true soul just flowed along with the song as she wowed the studio audience with her perfect rendition of the classic song.

We'll continue this fascinating saga in the next post

Asia'h Epperson Audition

Asia'h Epperson previous post, entitled simply, Asia'h Epperson, introduced this blog to the world and pointed out what it is expected to achieve. This instalment will take a historic look back at the audition that this brave girl went ahead and did, despite the terrible news she was given. See how you feel about this.

Two days before she was due to do the audition, Asia'h Epperson called her father to let him know how much she loved him, as well as how much she wished he could be with her on her important day. It was only thirty minutes later that her brother called her. He told our favourite girl, Asia'h Epperson that their father had just been killed in a terrible car accident.

Well, despite the anguish of this awful news, she decided to go ahead and do her audition anyway.

Well, the notorious Simon Cowell asked her what she planned to sing. Asia'h Epperson explained to him that she'd prepared a song but, because of her father's sudden and shocking death, she had instead chosen to sing “How Do I Live,” originally done by LeAnn Rimes.

She got up there and sang her heart out. With a voice, heavy and at times cracking with the immense emotion she felt, Asia'h Epperson completed her song which was totally amazing to listen to.

While it may not have been perfect for this tough vocal audition, it was almost perfect in every other way imaginable. It was obvious that she has a truly great voice, but to add to her performance was a spirit and determination that lifted her head and shoulders above the rest.

When Asia'h Epperson was told she was through to the next round, Paula Abdul could not help but cry, such was the emotional scene before the studio and huge television audience across America.

At this point, there was no doubt in my mind that Asia'h Epperson would make it all the way to the finals.

Asia'h Epperson was a popular female vocal contestant on the highly media hyped television talent contest show, American Idol. This blog is a tribute to her great talent and an information source about the much loved and greatly admired songstress.

Asia'h Epperson managed to get though to the last 24 but was voted off the show by the huge audience of American viewers, halting her progress of what should have surely been a strong contest for the winning place.

So as much as we'd like to have followed the progress of Asia'h Epperson right to the very final episode of American Idol, sadly it is not to be. In which case, we'll track her progress up until the last 24, as well as look into her history and singing career up to this point. We'll also look at what she has done since her departure from American Idol and see just how successful she's been.

Do call back again soon!
